Ray’s Waffles
Great waffles quick. This is for four full size (7") waffles. You can add pecans, etc to make it even better.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour All Purpose
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Oil Vegetable
Directions
Instructions:
Preheat Waffle Iron or Baker
Sift dry ingredients together
Add egg, milk & oil and mix until all ingredients are moistened.
(Note: at this time, mix in 1/4 cup of chopped pecans or other adaptations, if desired)
Bake until steam stops (or according to directions for your Waffle Iron)
This recipe makes four 7-inch round waffles.
